Take measurements and compare with my specs below. I place the smaller diameter hole up towards the cap. you only get one gasket. The pictures show front and back side of the rubber seal. These are brand new, NOT 30-40 year old NOS , laying on a shelf for 3+ decades. Get rid of your cracked leaky one, or the cheap o-ring, or the toilet tank rubber you have on there now :-),......
